These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clipping Directory (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Clipping Directory is a curated directory of paid clipping campaigns. We index public offers and accept paid listings from operators who want their campaign featured. We are not affiliated with Whop, ContentRewards, or any campaign operator listed on the Site unless explicitly stated.
2. Listings
When you purchase a paid listing, you agree that:
- The information you submit is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- You have the right to promote the brand, product, or campaign you submit.
- We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission for any reason, including quality, legality, or fit.
- Listings appear only after admin review; payment does not guarantee publication.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in USD. Once a listing is approved and published, the listing fee covers the term selected at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
4. Disclaimers
Payout rates, minimums, and campaign terms shown on the Site are estimates provided by operators and may change at any time. You must verify all terms on the source site before participating in any campaign. We are not responsible for payments owed to you by any campaign operator.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site to submit illegal content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Site. We may suspend access at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipping Directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any listed campaign.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
